Home Call-Outs
This service is available to Clacton and surrounding areas, our call out charge is £60.00 inc VAT and includes up to 1 hour’s support.
Remote Support
Available Monday to Friday 8:30 to 16:30, we can fix a wide range of issues whilst being connected remotely. We charge £36.00 inc VAT and this includes 30 minutes of support.
Drop-Off Service
You can drop your PC/Laptop into us at our workshop in Clacton on Sea, we are conveniently located close to town and offer parking. We charge £40.00 inc VAT for inspection, diagnostics and quotation, should your repair exceed £40.00 we’ll discount from your final bill.
